This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

A. Shipping Costs

Free shipping for all orders in the United Kingdom

B. Delivery Time, Processing & Cut-off

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on business days are usually processed the same day; orders placed after this cut-off are processed the next business day.

Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days.

C. Delivery Terms

We work with trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS and FedEx.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You can track your parcel anytime on our Track Your Order page.

D. Address Changes

The delivery address cannot be changed after your order ships. To update it, please email info@savoramode.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

E. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. If your order has already shipped, please see our Refund Policy.

F. Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parce larrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact our customer service. If it was delivered in your absence, contact us and we’ll advise on next steps.
